Derrick Day offered a primer on just how massive the dark web is compared to the searchable web that most people encounter. The dark web is often a platform for criminal activity and Day shared important tips to keep your private information from falling into the wrong hands. He also demonstrated the types of things that are secretly purchased and sold through the dark web and discussed the dangers of getting involved in this type of commerce. Derrick Day is currently a Senior Forensic Examiner for a successful computer forensics company. He is a retired Senior Special Agent with the US Secret Service. He has participated in the investigation and prosecution of countless financial and cyber crime investigations.
