Today, we’re headed to Iran. Well, not literally. The country is still run by religious zealots who insist on punishing/killing their own people, particularly women, for daring to speak up. So it’s a no-go zone. Anyway, if the name Kotlet seems familiar it might be because it is similar to croquette. And the process of making them is not dissimilar too. When you look at the recipe (linked below and in my Linktree) it seems a bit daunting. But it isn’t and the flavor combinations in this sandwich are amazing. Highly recommend you make it.
