The important steps after chemically flushing the engine oil is to change the oil and filter again, Flush again, run the engine for 10 minutes and then drain & replace oil & filter. This second flush oil change is to help reduce the deposits that are circulating after initial flush. The last step and most important is to drive 1000-2000km max before doing another oil & filter change. This will give the engine the best chance to keep cleaning and removing those sludge/deposits
