In this video Leet Sales Reps discusses the unique relationship they have has with IKO over the past 51 years.

David Leet, Founder Leet Sales Reps emphasizes that working with family means a lot to him and his team. David says that he has worked with four generations of family members at IKO and even though the company’s has grown over the years, they still feel that they have a personal relationship and that they have benefited from it.
His family are all hard-workers that like developing their business. Between the manufacturer IKO and the Leet family, they feel that the service is the very best.

Mitchell Leet, President of Leet Sales Reps discusses the areas that his sales rep team covers - rural New England, with extreme snowfalls in the ski territories and in the northern Vermont and Maine territories. In the summer can reach temperatures of upwards of 100 degrees. Leet Sales Reps have to sell a product that’s going to be able to withstand that type of abuse and for them IKO's Dynasty shingle has been a big blessing.

Kelly Leet, Senior Sales Manager mentions that all along the seacoast of New England, roofs get strong wind-gusts all year long. She believes that the Dynasty shingle, with the AmourZone and the reinforced woven band is going to be the best shingle to install. She sees working with IKO after all of these years as a big plus - One family business supporting another.

Kelly discusses how the values that have driven their family business have always been to work hard, play hard and trust each other and be honest.
Keely talks about the importance of treating customers with respect, and working hard to get them the answers that they need so that they can have a successful business themselves.

Mike McCans, Sales Manager explains that working in a multi-generational business, helps one grow as there are many family values that you pick up.
