This Jan I attempted the infamous Arc of Attrition 50 mile ultra marathon event along the South West Coast Path in Cornwall. Hopefully this film will help you not to make the mistakes I did on this race! And hopefully it also provide a really useful recce if you can't get down to Cornwall to have a gander at the course. Do share your comments below if you have any top tips for other runners on this race or for me next year if I give it another go.
