Is Tesla really Profitable or do they just seem profitable because of Regulatory Credits and Bitcoin?
Tesla reported Q1 Earnings and blew away the numbers. However, the stock price has not been going up. Experts have determined that Tesla is only profitable because of the 518 million dollars they earned from Regulatory EV Credits. Tesla will not be receiving these credits forever as other auto makers are beginning to make electric vehicles. It has been determined that these earnings are not sustainable. Hence the downward trend of Tesla stock. I this video Tesla regulatory credits will be explained.
I propose that Tesla Q1 was a fantastic Quarter. And if you add up the numbers correctly its easy to see that Tesla stock should be higher!
