Two weeks ago a loan program was announced by the State of California providing down payments of 20% to first time buyers. It is unlike anything we have ever seen before and I don’t think will be the last of its kind. This video is specifically for first time buyers and perhaps their families that may want to assist them with the process of home ownership. Because getting that down payment is the reason so many first timers are frustrated (they universally don’t want to throw money away on high rents), its our goal to make sure everyone knows there are programs out there that are geared towards first time buyers and our message is ‘know your options”. We also strongly suggest that it makes sense to put a plan together now even if purchasing is something months or even years away….
