In an exclusive interview with Sky News, a senior investigator on Sarah Everard's case has said Wayne Couzens 'should never have been near a uniform'.

Simon Harding, who was closely involved in the case, told Sky's Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt how officers tackled the investigation and what appeared to unfold on the night Sarah was abducted.
