Moving up to secondary school is an exciting time but also challenging, as there are a lot of changes happening.

The Resilience Rucksack project has developed wellbeing tools which have been co-created by young people, researchers, and professional artists to support young people through these changes.

Our research found that the best way to help young people would be to strengthen their resilience and wellbeing. One of the themes that is important for our resilience and wellbeing, is Sleep!
