Stihl Kombisystem Blower - Gimmick or Good Tool?

When we purchased our property a few years ago, it needed a lot of cleaning up. Not having tools to do the work with I invested in a Stihl Kombisystem Power Head and a couple of attachments. Being pleased with them so far, I decided to buy the Blower attachment for the system to try it out.

Is this thing a good tool or is it just a gimmick? Let's find out.
