Yogi has been adopted!

"Hi, I’m Mochi. A kind young woman rescued me from the street along with my two brothers. She kept rescuing more cats and kittens and just couldn’t take care of all of us so when we were about four weeks old we came to SBACC and then went to a foster home. We were all pretty scared going from one place to another. I’m the shyest of us three. I love to cuddle and play with my brothers. I’m a curious but cautious kitten and loud noises and little kids make me nervous and will send me to a safe hiding place. My foster Mom says I’m a sweet boy but that I will need a home with someone who has lots of patience and cat experience and definitely with one of my brothers or another kitten or young cat."

"Hi, I’m Raven. Some other cats and I were rescued from the street by a kind woman who had way more cats than she could care for and reached out to SBACC for help. So here I am, hoping to find a forever home. I’m a little shy at first, but given some time, I know I’ll come around and be a friendly, loving cat. I get along great with other cats, and another kitten or young cat in my forever home would be fine with me."

"Hi, I’m Ziti. My three sisters and I were born outdoors to a feral Mom. A very kind man made a safe place for all of us and watched over us until we could leave our mom. He didn’t bring us to SBACC until we were four months old and we were all really scared. We went to a foster home and made a lot of progress, I now allow pets and attention from the people I know. Zandra and Zena have been adopted, but Zara and I are still waiting for our homes. I will need time and patience to adjust to a new home and would do best with another kitten or cat companion."

"Hi, I’m Ben. I originally came to SBACC with my brother, Joe, when we were just four weeks old. We went to a foster home where we became friendly, active kittens. Our names were Frederick and Foxy back then. When we were adopted our names were changed to Ben and Joe and we both answer to those names now. We had a home for a year and a half but then were returned to SBACC because of a serious illness in one of the children in our family. We are both friendly and affectionate cats and were adopted together again. Sadly, it didn’t work out because one of us developed the habit of sometimes peeing out of the litter box. Was it me or was it Joe or was it both of us, no one was sure. After we came back to SBACC again, it was noticed that the two of us didn’t get along all that well, so we were put in different rooms where our habits could be observed. My brother was using the box consistently and he found a new home. I continued with my inappropriate behavior, not all of the time, but some of the time. I think I need to be an only cat and need a new family who will take a chance on me. In the right home, my inappropriate behavior might stop. If it doesn’t, SBACC will always take me back."
