A young doctor, Nyachira, gives you a peek into the medical world through her eyes. The emotion she has to deal with, one that was not taught in medical school. Nyachira is an engaging conversation starter, agile communicator, and passionate medical doctor who participates in shaping the health policy, management, and services delivery dialogue both in the private and public sector, in Kenya and the East African region.

She actively partakes in leadership programs facilitated by local and regional organizations including Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Union.

Nyachira has recently been taken up as the host of a story-telling platform called “Own Your Story”; as well as delivering keynote addresses on maternal health and various types of cancers.
