Pork Roll of Spring Veggies

Hello everyone.
I bought nice spring vegetables so I’ll make delicious dish using them.
You can make it well and easy !
Let’s cook together !!

Ingredients
・10 slices of thinly sliced pork belly
・1 onion
・10 sticks asparagus
・A little salt and pepper
・25cc sake
・25cc mirin
・25cc soy sauce
・A little mayonnaise

Recipe
・Cut the onion into 1.5cm width.
・Peel about 5cm from the asparagus base, and cut 1/3.
・Cut the pork into 10cm.
・Let's roll the veggies with pork.
・Sprinkle salt and pepper.
・The pork rolls put on the pan.
・Turn on medium heat, and pan fry them.
 Roll them around to pan fry the whole surface.
・Cover and change low heat. Cook them 5 minutes.
・Remove the lid, and remove the excess oil using paper.
・Add sake, mirin and soy sauce.
 Change medium heat again, cook them.
・When the liquid evaporates, turn off the heat.
・Serve on a plate and serve with mayonnaise.
