This is a recorded LIVE 90-minute Original Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga) class taught by Monica at PURE Yoga Dallas. This class is the result of two different sessions recorded during our in-studio classes in 2022.

Monica guides you through the traditional Bikram Yoga (Original Hot Yoga) practice, set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, each posture performed twice for maximum therapeutic benefit.

Yoga is medicine and you'll experience the benefits of this practice after each class. Try to keep a consistent practice of at least 3 times a week and you will be able to witness multiple benefits and an overall transformation.
