4 cups water
3/4 cup sea salt / rock salt
1000 grams pechay baguio (Napa cabbage)
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced ginger
3/4 cup gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
1/4 cup brown sugar – you may reduce depending on preference
2 tablespoons vinegar
KOREAN BBQ MARINADE
1/4 cup good soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
pinch of black pepper
KOREAN BEEF STEW
1 kilo beef brisket of beef ribs
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper corn
1/2 teaspoon star anise
2 pcs bay leaves
1 pc broth cube (beef)
4-5 cups water
salt, as needed
