In this video Nouman Ali Khan & another speaker (I forgot his name) speaks about how the to properly wear the Hijab. The whole purpose of the Hijab is to divert the gaze and to conceal what Allah the all mighty has beautified within you.
The clothing should be lose and not tight & bright colors or clothing that grabs attention should be avoided.
However, females have a natural tendency to like nice & Islam also encourages them to dress nicely but it should be modest & not provocative.
