Swords! They’re sharp! They can stab things! They’re sometimes filled with mystical power that could destroy the universe! They have cool names! Yeah swords are awesome, and they’re especially cool in the Marvel Universe. There’s been a ton of really amazing swords all through Marvel’s history and today I wanted to highlight the best of the best! What is the most powerful sword in the Marvel Universe? Well there’s a lot of options!

I mean, you have things like the All-Black which was just featured in Thor: Love and Thunder and while that was cool to see Thor and small children fight shadow creatures, it really didn’t dive into the history of the sword like in the comics and it especially didn’t explore its Knull origins. There’s the Twilight Sword which belonged to the fire demon Surtur and is one you don’t want to get slashed by. There’s the Ebony Blade which gives the Black Knight his power. There’s even the Odinsword, which is just a massive weapon capable of taking on celestials! Yeah there’s a lot of really cool and powerful swords in the Marvel Universe.
