Everyone has a 350 ml glass, a pan and a spoon at home! With these things, it will be easy to make your own bread, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients for a 500 g loaf of bread
350 ml of warm water (1.48 cups)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
250 g of all purpose flour (2 cups)
2 teaspoons of salt
200 g of wholemeal flour (1 1/2 cups)
You can double or triple the recipe at any time.

⏰ Mixing time - 3 minutes
⏰ Fermenting time - approximately one hour and 20 minutes
⏰ Baking time - 30 minutes with lid / 20 minutes without lid
🌡️ Baking temperature 200 °C/ 392F
