Winter came early this year. And that left a lot of electric truck buyers surprised at just how much the cold weather drains their electric truck batteries.

This led to Ford Motor Company quickly releasing their list of 8 tips that can help keep your battery full longer.

Today we will talk about the winter range loss on the ford f-150 lightning and some tips to consider when purchasing or owning an electric truck.

Ford states that: ""...all-electric vehicles experience energy decreases in cold temperatures due to battery cell chemistry.
