In this video, I show you how to fold and roll up a sleeping bag. It is a really simple process, but rolling up the sleeping bag properly will make the difference between it fitting into the carrying bag easily or sticking out significantly. I suggest that you practice a few times and take the time to learn the process so that you can do it properly every single time that you use your sleeping bag. Most people use their sleeping bag and then it gets stored away for several months, so you should learn how to do it properly so it can be stored nicely for that long period of time.
