Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin has successfully launched and landed an uncrewed test flight of its New Shepard rocket-capsule combo, NS-15. This mission was a “verification step” for the rocket and capsule before flying people.

The New Shepard is a reusable rocket-capsule, designed to take customers and payloads on brief trips to suborbital space. The capsule is designed to carry up to six people.

The launch was conducted at Blue Origin’s facility in West Texas.

Both the booster and the capsule landed successfully.
