Is a property crash likely in 2021, is it like 2008 housing market Crash

Is a property crash looming, if you watch some US or UK real estate YouTubers they make the case that there could be a crash? Others argue against a crash. Is any of this relevant to Ireland or could Ireland have a crash of its own?

Nearly a year ago I predicted that property prices could fall considerable due to covid. Some 5 % some 10% and some 20% and more. A lot of things have happened since then, endless lockdowns, construction shutdowns, viewing restrictions, billions pumped into the economy by the government in ways of support. A positive GDP due to positive exports from major international companies, increased personal savings, lack of supply of housing.
