"Mindful Moments" are a series of guided mindfulness exercises designed for you to do with your classroom, in person or on zoom. These breathing and meditation practices are led by our Chief Implementation Officer, Dr. Asheena Baez.

This simple breathing practice combines senses to connect with your breath and grounds present moment awareness. In this practice, we will physiologically connect our breath with the sense of touch to create true present moment awareness. This is a wonderful way to teach yourself and your friends, family, and students how to connect the body with the mind to release anxiety.

The Contentment Foundation offers scientifically-evidenced wellbeing curricula to schools internationally. Our core curriculum, "The Four Pillars of Wellbeing," includes mindfulness, community, self-curiosity and contentment & balance.
