In this vlog, we visit Taipei during a 6 hour layover. Watch to see how much we can see during this short trip.

1. Taipei 101
We take the train to Taipei 101, one of the tallest buildings in the world. To get to the top, we ride in the fastest elevator in the world and visit the observation deck on the 89th floor.

The building held the record for the world's tallest building from 2004 to 2010. The views of Taipei from the top are stunning. We can see the entire skyline of Taipei.

2. Din Tai Fung - Best foodie location in Taipei for XLB dumplings. This is one of the most famous restaurant in Taipei known for the soup dumplings, or Xiaolongbao, also called XLB. We try the soup dumplings that originated in Taiwan.

3. Chiang Kai Shek Memorial - Next, we visit the Chiang Kai-shek memorial, who was the founder of Taiwan. We view the beautiful architecture of his memorial. Chiang Kai-shek was a Chinese political leader who led the Chinese Republic during World War II (1939–45) and was eventually forced from power by the Chinese Communists. After 1950 he served as president of the Republic of China on Taiwan.
