Fresh Pond & Long Island Sound at Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve.This state park is located along the north shore of Long Island. It boast +/- 1700 acres of pristine and mostly undeveloped land over looking the Long Island Sound. From the western beach the New York City skyline is partly visible. The park is approximately south of Stamford, Darien and Greenwich Connecticut which are visible across the Sound.
