This was my third solo and I stayed up for about an hour and did 10 touch and gos. I like filming my flights so I can watch them back later and critique myself and identify areas in which I can do better. I tend to stop talking about what I'm doing out loud when I'm without my instructor, and that's definitely something I want to do better in. I think even if you're by yourself, you should continue to talk about what you're doing out loud because you are more likely to identify a mistake if you hear yourself say it.
