Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Home Secretary Priti Patel and Prince Charles attended the unveiling of a memorial to honour police officers who died whilst on duty.

At the open air ceremony Mr Johnson struggled to control his umbrella as a gust of wind turned it inside out.

Prince Charles spoke at the event to express thanks to the men and women who put themselves in harm's way to protect the nation.
