Quante volte ci siamo chiesti se fosse possibile trovare realizzazione e felicità nel contesto del lavoro? Il tempo che dedichiamo al nostro lavoro è significativo, ben un terzo delle nostre giornate, è quindi inevitabile che l'infelicità sul posto di lavoro si riversi sulla nostra vita di tutti i giorni. Jessica Barbieri, giovane di 31 anni cresciuta nelle campagne Ferraresi, vuole mostrarci che l'equilibro felicità-lavoro può trasformarsi in una realtà tangibile. Anche in un'epoca in cui molte certezze sembrano svanite lei ha scelto di perseguire il proprio sogno, non quello degli altri, dimostrando che raggiungere la felicità attraverso il lavoro non è solamente un'utopia: a volte basta una sveglia.
Jess was born in the small town of Consandolo in 1992. After spending her childhood in Ferrara she moved to Milan to pursue a “standard” career. However, at the age of 24, after graduating with a degree in Marketing, she decided to change her life and now accompanies group travels around the world, creates online content and above all, wakes up with a smile.
