There is one very important question to ask the builder before you ever visit the sales office. Ask the builder if your home price will be less if you are not working with agent?

In most cases the answer will be no, however, markets are constantly changing and you will never know if you don’t ask the question.
If the home price will be more you can still choose to have your own agent, but at least you will know exactly what it will costs you, and can make a more informed decision!
