Day1 of our American Southwest trip had us stopping at an EPIC spot called Gooseneck State Park. Gooseneck state park is one of the best camp spots near Monument valley. It's also one of the best examples of a river meandering and cutting through the landscape in the US. it's also a great stargazing spot due to its remoteness.
