In this first episode of the new "mini-series" we look at aerodynamic flow visualizations of the Subaru Impreza WRX STi. Hydrogen bubble visualization is performed to see how fluid moves past this vehicle and shows us the effect of the sharper rear slant angle of the rear window and why these cars need such large rear wings. Also, the front intake scoop is shown to cause separation.
