I go over 5 ways to help your mental health with motorcycles. Having suffered from mental health problems myself, including anxiety and depression, I have found motorcycles to be hugely beneficial for my mental health.
I got my motorbike license about 8 years ago now and have been riding ever since. These are 5 of the main ways that motorbikes have helped me recover from mental health issues. The freedom and mindfulness of riding a motorcycle is like nothing else, and is like nectar for the soul!
