An original recipe for breakfast and dinner with pleasure. Soft and tender pancakes!
1. 200 ml. warm milk.
2. 1 egg.
3. 1 teaspoon of salt.
4. 2 teaspoons of dry yeast (without a slide).
5. 200 ml. warm water.
6. 300 gr. flour.
Cover with a towel (film) for 25-30 minutes.
7. 1 sweet pepper.
8. 1 green pepper.
9. 1 onion.
10. 100 gr. olives.
11. 30 gr. parsley.
Enjoy pancakes with vegetables. They are soft and very tasty.
