Sharing some wind farm development plans with you all:
1. Current FT-1000L stays - it's a capable doer.
2 and 3. Will get the M3, will dismantle it to pieces, and together with the S3 wind turbine (that I already have and was playing around doing some modifications) I will see then which generator and which hub (3-5 blades, diff lengths) to use where. There will be the most detailed comparison of those default, and modified.
4. The new bigger 3.2 m wind wheel machine called FT-2000L2 is ordered, and will start it's shipping period now. That should be the one who must outperform all the previous three combined... But let's see, all has to be proven via the tests.

if you want to go bigger turbine - that's even better, since on low winds it will have the better surface area and will produce more.
SL-4000 is 3.4 m in diameter - it's approx 2.2-2.5kW realistic power machine
SL-5000 is 3.7 m in diameter - it's approx 3 kW machine

NOTE: if going bigger than 2.2 kW of wind turbine power - you will have to mount one turbine onto two inverters, that is absolutely possible and is absolutely ok

Of course you may pick a bigger one, with 5 or with 7 sensors. I'm just giving you the link to what I have. The main thing - go with a WIFI version, then you will be able to build graphs and store data for 1 year (in free version, and unlimited in paid subscription).
