From a school to a storm water project Boardman Ohio. June 4, 2019, was the last day of school at Boardman’s Market Street Elementary School. The site will be home to the Forest Lawn Storm water Park — a plan that is supposed to solve the flooding issue in the township. The created pond will hold a million gallons of water, which in a big rain event will look like a small lake, but during normal flow, just a stream. There will be a 10-foot wide trail, an open stream, lighting, security cameras and on-street parking
