Kate will guide you through a 20 minute standing yoga sequence. We will connect our breath to mindful movement that will open up our energy pathways and leave us feeling engaged and energized. This will give you a taste of how just a short amount of time away from your desk to stretch and breathe, can truly serve how you show up throughout the rest of your day.

About the Speaker:
Kate discovered yoga whilst travelling the world and performing as a dancer. She has now been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and is passionate about the power of the connecting breath to movement. As a yoga teacher, Kate’s focus is to guide mindful movement that can enable us to be fully present in each moment and deepen our mind/body connection, whilst of course not forgetting to SMILE.
