In this video I show my actual process of using glue and screws to insulate and panel the roof and walls of my Chevy van with Polyiso sheet styrofoam insulation. With a R-Value of R-7 per inch it is one of the highest value insulations available and will keep the van very comfortable in the cold. I try to show you every part of the process so you can duplicate it for yourself. One part that is not often covered is the risk of mold and a vapor barrier--we cover those here.
