Norway is a country where we have very short days in winter and very short nights in summer. How muslims are praying in these days and what are the challanges they are facing regarding the prayer timings and fasting.
Imam council of Islamic council of Norway is working on this issue and target is to make a prayer time table forthe whole year which could help muslims to belance their daily lives and prayer timings in accordance with sharia guidelines.

Dr. Hamid Farooq is a young Muslim scholar who has specialization in Quranic Sciences and Tafseer ul Quran. He has done Doctorate in Islamic studies from Punjab University, Pakistan.
Dr. Hamid Farooq is a Passionate Community Builder and he works to spread the knowledge of Islam. He is member of European imam council where 62 imams from whole Europe are members to discuss the Fiqh issues for Muslim community living in Europe. He is also working as President of a charity organization Alkhidmat Europe to support the needy people throughout the world.
