All cars have some degree of EMF's. Electric cars and hybrids have the potential to have very high electric and magnetic fields. They also create a LOT of dirty electricity on your home's wires when you plug it in to charge.

In this video I test a regular gas-powered minivan. How does it compare to an electric car or hybrid? About the same, give or take a few hot spots on each individual car. However, the RF is way lower on this car, because it's an older model. But I was surprised that the magnetic and electric fields were quite similar.
