As people discover this woman, they call her the 1920s answer to Cardi B. I think people should stop trying to place historic singers like Ms. Bogan in boxes like that. By doing that, you are effectively taking away her legendary status and calling her "Just another dirty singer". Not realizing that without her, not only would the way for Cardi, Nicki, Megan, and Lizzo not have been paved, but another legend like Prince probably wouldn't have existed on the scale that he did. So, the style of this video surprised me as much as it probably did you. I had to download Clipchamp to my computer because the old video editor just... wasn't there anymore.
