Did you know you can frost either side of this Mirror to diffuse light coming through the Mirror?

If you sandblast the mirror side, it takes the mirror coating completely off of the mirror. That means the light will be super bright, making the mirror more functional rather than an ambient light.

This is great if you are going to use the mirror to get ready in front of it and apply makeup. Can you imagine?

If you sandblast the non-mirror side of a Glass Smart Mirror it has a similar effect - it still diffuses the light coming through the mirror. However, when the lights turn off… the frosted finish disappears behind the mirror.

You may need some industrial, super bright lights behind it if you plan to use it to get ready in front of.

If you are using a Stencil, I’d recommend to use one that has adhesive on one side so the material can’t get under it, and ruin your design.
