BOOKOFF is the most famous second-hand shop in Japan and they have about 800 shops in Japan.

BOOKOFF offers not only second hand books, but also CDs, DVDs, cell phones, cameras, home appliances, musical instruments, clothes, sporting goods, trading cards, toys, baby goods, brand-name goods, precious metals, and daily necessities. Although the items are used, they are in very good condition, so you can purchase valuable items at reasonable prices. They also buy used / unwanted items, which is convenient when you move from Japan.

The shop that we went is located at BOOKOFF SUPER BAZAAR Tsunashima Tarumachi
3-12-25 Tarumachi.

How to get there:
From Yokohama Station - take the subway Tokyo Toyoko Line and get off at Tsunashima Station. Then, change a bus for Kawasaki Station or Tsurumi Station and get off at the 3rd stop. ( Tarumachi bus stop).
