How to Change the Bimini Canvas on your Malibu

Don’t be caught out in the sun with a ratty old bimini. Hey everyone! Spencer with Malibu Parts! Bimini’s are one of the most critical parts to having fun on the boat during the summer! We don’t think much about them until we don’t have them. You and your crew will be grateful you replaced that old bimini canvas before it gives out completely. Replacing your old bimini canvas is very simple and can be done in just minutes

Step 1, remove the bimini boot
Step 2, unravel the bimini canvas
Step 3, unzip the rear and front zippers
Step 4, remove the canvas entirely from the frame
Step 5, open the bimini frame all the way
Step 6, line up the canvas so you have it facing the right direction
Step 7, attach the front of the canvas to the frame by zipping it around the frame
Step 8, fold the rear part of the frame back to the front
Step 9, connect the rear of the canvas to the rear of the frame by zipping it around the frame
Step 10, wrap the canvas back around the frame
Step 11, put the bimini boot back on
