Spinach, Mushroom And Cheese Omelette
recipe description:

(who can resist the perfect pairing of the trio stuffed with the silky smooth layer of egg. A perfect breakfast)

INGREDIENTS:
Oil- 2tbs
Garlic- 1/2 tbs
Mushroom- 1/2 cup
Spinach- 1 cup
Salt- to taste
Egg- 2

PROCESS:
1) Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute it for 15-30 seconds.
2) Add in your mushroom and spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted out. Add salt to it.
3) In a separate bowl beat the eggs.
4) Heat oil in a separate pan and add the eggs. Mix it quickly before it starts to set. Stick to a low flame.
5) Let the eggs settle down and be careful not to brown the base of it.
6) Once done add your mushroom- spinach mixture to one side of the omelette.
7) Top it off with some cheese slices.
8) And fold the other side and serve.

Note: you want the eggs to be creamy, not crunchy so keep an eye on the flame.
