In this video I discuss Chamath Palihapitiya's recent SPAC, IPOE merger with SoFi. SoFi is a social finance app that allows investing, trading, banking, loans, and much more to their members.
I will provide some background on Chammath and some of his recent successes, as well as analyse the Chammath’s nvestment Thesis for SoFi - Towards the end we will break down the numbers and see if we can estimate a reasonable Valuation for SoFI/IPOE.
