This week, Balexert is hosting a gathering of International Organizations from April 16 to 20 in a public exhibition organized by International Geneva. This showcase is offering a unique convergence of diverse agencies working on global solutions from Geneva.

One highlight is the International Telecommunication Union's showcase of AI for Good. Launched in 2017 and now joining forces with 40 UN Partners, AI for Good stands out for its commitment to leveraging AI in solving some of the world’s most pressing challenges. This event offers attendees an exclusive look into the work happening in Geneva, with a special focus on the progress made by the 'AI for Good' team.

At the public expo, AI for Good presented two AI-generated artworks from the Canvas for the Future project, a pioneering collaboration with Shutterstock, and introduced the Neural Network, an AI-driven community platform that has rapidly grown to over 27,000 members. Furthermore, the event serves as a prelude to the AI for Good Global Summit, scheduled for May 30-31 at the CICG, promising to further explore the positive impact of AI on society that is free and open to the public.

What is AI for Good?
The AI for Good Global Summit is the leading action-oriented United Nations platform promoting AI to advance health, climate, gender, inclusive prosperity, sustainable infrastructure, and other global development priorities. AI for Good is organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – the UN specialized agency for information and communication technology – in partnership with 40 UN sister agencies and co-convened with the government of Switzerland.
