Before to start any work on gas appliance isolate the power, turn off the gas and the waters.
Fan is faulty because the fan have 220V but is not comming on.
1. Download manual

2. Turn off the power
3. Isolate the gas valve
4. Remove front cover
5. Remove the screws and undo the gas connection nut
6. Remove the cables and the sensing pipe (rubber tube)
7. Remove the fan
8. Replace the washers and be carful to reinsert the injector
9. Fit the fan
10. Reassemble in reverse order, ensuring that the injector is
in place and the sensing pipe is connected to the fan.
