My 2000 square foot roof that is displayed in this video really just needs replaced, due to several layers of preexisting roofing. I did some jerry rigging just to patch the holes, I was trying to go cheapest way to stop roof leaks, I have put about $8000.00 into the roof so far if I wasn’t so lazy in the first place I could have stripped it and did it right in the first place but of course I tried to go cheap, now if I did re-deck it and put down the silicone on new roof, this would last at least 25 yr for sure, the silicone it’s like creating a rubber sole on the roof.

Found it at lowes silicone roofing. I just wanted to add if you buy this stuff in the winter it seams to be over $100 per 5 gallon bucket cheaper than the summer, at end of summer it was about $350 and now in the winter had to buy more it was about $250.
