🍔 RECIPE & INGREDIENTS 🍔

Mocktails

Mojito Mocktail (Serves 6)

4 lemons
4 limes
8tbsps sugar
1 bunch of mint leaves
1 cup of water
2L soda water

1- Wash your citrus and remove the top and bottom before carefully slicing around the skin to remove it leaving only the flesh.
2- Keep one of the fruit skins to one side before adding it all to a blender along with your sugar, mint leaves, and water.
3- Pass it through a sieve - this becomes your concentrated drink.
4- To serve, mix one part of councentrate with 3 or 4 parts of soda water.

Spiced Juniper Tonic (serves 4-6)

10 Juniper Berries
1 Clove (you can also use pimento/cinnamon anything woody and smoky)
1/2 bunch rosemary
200g sugar
200ml water
2L tonic water

1- split the juniper berries in half, and crush the rosemary in your hand.
2- Add sugar and water to a pan and bring to a boil, immediately switch off the heat and add in your herbs and spices, leaving to steep away from the heat for 10 mins .
3- Cool down completely, sieve, and serve with ice and tonic water, using 1 part syrup to 3 or 4 parts tonic.
