Today I made a video of sausage making, which I have always wanted to try. If you make it yourself, you can make sausages of any flavor you want with zero additives and unlimited arrangements. The video also includes tips on how to make sausages, so please try making easy, safe, and delicious additive-free sausages!Also, while we are making the sausages, I talk about my theory on how to build a good marital relationship, which I was asked about on Instagram the other day. Sausage recipe Salted sheep's intestine, about 1.5 m. 8 pieces
1 kg coarsely ground ground pork (the fatty part is tastier if possible)
250 ml cold water
12 g natural salt (10 g refined salt)　
10 g ground pepper
15 g garlic powder
2.5 g nutmeg (or none)
Other favorite herbs and spices to taste!
